Environment, Health & Safety – Whistleblower Investigations and Lessons Learned
Presented By Richard Pooler

November 6, 2019
Noon - 1 p.m.
Via Conference Call

All companies must deal with complaints, ranging from informal to formal.  A whistleblower complaint lies at the formal end of the spectrum, where a supposedly knowledgeable person alleges illegal or unethical behavior and that person takes advantage of specific statutory whistleblower protections.  Unfortunately, if handled poorly, even an informal complaint can escalate to formal whistleblower status.  This conference call will discuss how to handle whistleblower and potential whistleblower situations.  Real-life investigations will be used to set forth planning strategies, complaint management, response and investigation techniques, and closure and monitoring needs.
