The mission of the Bond Well-Being Committee is to identify factors that impact attorney and staff wellness, partner with firm leaders, conduct programs to promote the mental health and wellness of Bond attorneys and staff, and provide educational opportunities surrounding wellness issues and resources. Through these initiatives, we strive to create a workplace where everyone can thrive both personally and professionally.
Bond is also a member of the ABA Well-Being Pledge, demonstrating the Firm’s commitment to improving the mental health of legal professionals and the profession as a whole. Bond is a longtime participant in Well-Being in Law Week activities, promoted by the Institute for Well-Being in the Law. We are also proud to have multiple individuals at our firm who have participated in Mental Health First Aid training provided by the National Council for Mental WellBeing. This training equips our team with the skills to support colleagues in need and promote a culture of understanding and support.
At Bond, we believe that inclusion and belonging are essential to well-being. We encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work, as we know that feeling valued and included is crucial for mental health. By fostering an inclusive environment, team members feel supported and respected, therefore enhancing overall well-being and client service.
