Aarti assists clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including drafting employment-related contracts and policies, researching the latest developments in New York labor and employment law, and assisting in the preparation and resolution of pending litigation and arbitrations.
Prior to joining Bond, Aarti worked as in-house counsel for a manufacturing company where she reviewed non-disclosure agreements and government contracts to ensure compliance and provided regulatory guidance. She also has experience with insurance defense matters and assisting clients preparing for litigation.
