Alexis works on client matters spanning across the firm’s bankruptcy, business law, and litigation practice groups.
Alexis served as a summer associate with Bond in 2023 and 2024, beginning her first summer as a selectee for the M. Catherine Richardson 1L Clerkship Program. During this time, Alexis drafted memoranda for attorneys in multiple practice areas, prepared judicial briefs and motions, assisted with trial preparation, and analyzed recent Supreme Court decisions for the firm’s bankruptcy practice.
While at Syracuse University College of Law, Alexis worked as a student attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic at Syracuse University College of Law, representing low‑income clients in Syracuse City Court under attorney supervision. In that role, she conducted client interviews, negotiated plea agreements and participated in hearings with the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office. She also served as a research and teaching assistant for Professor Gary Kelder (Constitutional Law) and Professor Elizabeth August (Transactional Drafting and Legal Research & Writing).
