Alison assists clients with a variety of labor and employment matters. Her work includes counseling employers on workplace rights, obligations and responsibilities, wage and hour issues, workplace safety, discrimination, employee discipline, wrongful termination and other employment matters. Alison also assists employers with the preparation and resolution of pending litigation and arbitration matters.
Prior to joining Bond, Alison worked as an attorney for an international law firm where she advised clients on general corporate matters. Before attending law school, Alison spent two years working as a labor and employment paralegal at a boutique litigation firm.
