He routinely represents businesses in the prosecution and defense of all types of commercial and employment disputes, including the enforcement of non-competition and other restrictive covenants in connection with the terms of employment and/or the sale of a business, employment discrimination, ERISA, breaches of fiduciary duty and faithless servant claims, construction-related litigation, creditors’ rights claims, insurance coverage disputes, healthcare provider disputes, and intellectual property disputes, among others.
