Profile

Bradley is the chair of Bond’s manufacturing industry group. While working with manufacturers to formulate strategies, strengthen policies, craft non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, Bradley provides outstanding individual service to his clients. He counsels and represents them through numerous complex legal issues that arise within the broad-based manufacturing industry.

Bradley uses his extensive experience in trade secret, non-competition and related commercial litigation when necessary to protect manufacturers’ and other companies’ trade secret information and long-standing customer relationships in court. When necessary, he pursues litigation to not only protect their most important intangible assets, but also to better safeguard the products of their ingenuity and hard work from being lost to competitors through unfair and unlawful conduct.

Bradley’s vast litigation experience is key to providing his manufacturing and other commercial clients the best result possible. His litigation experience includes:

  • ERISA litigation
  • noncompete litigation
  • employment discrimination and other employment litigation
  • general commercial disputes
  • construction litigation
  • insurance coverage disputes
  • personal injury defense
  • unfair competition and trade secret claims
  • creditors’ rights claims
  • municipal defense matters
  • accounting and attorney malpractice disputes
