Brendan’s work in the electrical and computer-related fields have spanned all aspects of patent prosecution, including drafting provisional and non-provisional applications, responding to office actions, conducting examiner and inventor interviews, and providing formal opinions.
Prior to joining Bond, Brendan practiced intellectual property at a firm in Cleveland, Ohio. During his education at Case Western Reserve University School of Law Brendan served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Law, Technology & the Internet and the Co-President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. Before attending law school, Brendan earned a degree in Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, with focuses on tissue engineering, computer science and computer engineering.
