Cecilia has experience across litigation, environmental law, property and transactional matters and labor and employment issues.
Cecilia earned her J.D. from Albany Law School and served as Executive Editor of New York Appeals, part of the Albany Law Review. She assisted in updating the New York Practice Treatise as a Research Assistant to Professor Patrick M. Connors and supported first‑year students as a teaching assistant for Introduction to Lawyering.

Her prior experience includes a summer clerkship with Bond, a judicial externship with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and an internship with the New York State Attorney General’s Environmental Protection Bureau. She also has a background in residential real estate lending and title review.
Cecilia graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Geneseo with a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish Language and a minor in Environmental Studies.
