Connor is passionate about serving his clients on an extensive variety of legal issues. Connor assists Bond attorneys and clients with real estate transactions, representing purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. He has experience in reviewing and preparing various forms of leases, contracts and agreements for real estate transactions. Connor also assists clients on complex matters involving land use, zoning, municipal law and eminent domain.

Prior to joining Bond, Connor was a law clerk at a small law firm in Syracuse where he performed legal research to assist attorneys and drafted legal documents. Connor also prepared memoranda and collaborated directly with clients in this role. He was also student volunteer at the Volunteer Lawyers Project of CNY, Inc. There, he assisted with client interviews and helped ensure that underserved members of the Central New York community received competent legal representation. Connor was also a law clerk at a small firm out of Watertown, New York where he gained valuable experience and assisted clients in various areas of the law.

  • Procured area variances regarding facilitation/consolidation of billboard in Town of Geddes.
  • Assisted in the procurement of property/easements to facilitate the Champlain Hudson Power Express Project to deliver clean energy to New York State. 
  • Successfully received multiple short term rental permits for properties throughout New York State.
