Courtney focuses her practice on data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, intellectual property and transactional matters.

She also has experience supporting clients and organizations on regulatory compliance, privacy and AI governance, trademark protection, nonprofit formation and corporate governance.

Courtney gained broad practice exposure as a law clerk at Bond, working across business, litigation, labor and employment, trusts and estates, property and data privacy matters. Her earlier experience includes internships with Trillium Health, The Purple Method, and the Citrus County Public Defender’s Office. Additionally, Courtney worked as a student attorney at the Transactional Law Clinic and as a legal communications and research assistant at Syracuse University College of Law prior to joining Bond.
