Dawn represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, as well as real estate litigation and title litigation with emphasis on achieving early and efficient results for clients. Dawn practices in federal and state court and has a robust appellate practice. In addition, she has extensive experience representing financial institutions, corporations, executives, shareholders and brokers before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), federal and state banking regulators, and state attorneys general.
