Devin is a commercial and real estate litigation attorney, representing businesses and individuals in all stages of a case from initial pleadings through trial preparation. Devin conducts sophisticated legal research, due diligence, and crafts legal strategies across many scenarios before federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Bond, Devin was an associate at a Long Island firm where he worked on representing clients in high stakes commercial and trusts and estates disputes. He has experience handling complex cases including contract disputes, will contests, fiduciary removals and real estate disputes. He is regarded for his meticulous preparation and client centric approach. Devin also has experience from a prior role as a pro bono scholar at the New York Legal Assistance Group. There, he was a member of the Foreclosure Prevention Project where he gained experience in foreclosure litigation, drafting loan modifications, contracts of sale and navigating short sales through affirmative litigation.
