Profile

Emily assists clients on a large array of legal issues. She focuses her practice in the areas of business and corporate law to assist for-profit entities and nonprofit corporate clients throughout formation and beyond. Emily drafts organizational documents related to entity formation and governance, reviews contracts and agreements, and prepares documents relating to corporate compliance with the New York Not-for-Profit Law.  Emily also assists clients in the sale and purchase of residential real estate and is experienced in drafting the documents needed to effectuate such transactions.

Prior to joining Bond, Emily was a research assistant at the Albany Law School office of Dean Rosemary Queenan where she researched state health insurance coverage of hearing aids for children. She was also a legal intern at the U.S. Magistrate Judge Stewart, N.D.N.Y.
