As a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, Jim’s extensive experience negotiating and managing thousands of commercial and residential real estate transactions over the course of his nearly 25-year career, combined with his skill and tact in working through unique problems and obstacles, make him one of the most well-regarded real estate attorneys in Collier County.
A Practice with a High-Rise Vantage Point
Jim works with residential sellers and purchasers, advising them from contract to closing and all matters in between and beyond. Informing Jim’s representation is his certification as a title insurance agent: Jim has extensive experience with examination and resolution of complex title issues and residential real estate settlement services. And having represented financial institutions with loan documentation and loan closings, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients.
In serving the greater Naples area, Jim works with a variety of clients, including:
- High net-worth individuals;
- Condominium associations;
- Commercial property owners; and
- Financial institutions.
Situated on the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Naples and its surroundings are a haven for CEOs, executives, retirees and business owners, many of whom are Jim’s clients. Jim works closely with his clients, helping them lease, sell or purchase homes or condominiums, and ensuring their needs are met in an expeditious and responsive manner.
Jim also represents commercial property owners with regard to leasing and landlord tenant matters, including commercial tenant evictions, shopping center leasing and sales transactions.
A Valuable Resource to the Naples Real Estate Industry
In addition to representing clients with their residential and commercial real estate needs, Jim has conducted presentations to real estate agents regarding residential real estate contract terms and provisions. He has also lectured on the topics of loan modification documentation and commercial loan workouts.
Jim is also an Allied Member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and served on its Legal Resources Committee. The Committee reviews the local general real estate contract and updates it every two years to meet industry or legislative standards.
