Jillian works with clients on a wide array of labor and employment issues across various practice areas, including higher education. Jillian represents employers in state court as well as administrative agencies including the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Jillian also assists with drafting employment-related policies and contracts, researching the latest developments in New York labor and employment law, and assisting in the preparation and resolution of pending litigation and arbitrations.
Prior to joining Bond, Jillian served as an AmeriCorps VISTA for a nonprofit organization based in New York City that focused on increasing access to justice. While attending Notre Dame, Jillian was a Summer Law Clerk at the United States Attorneys’ Office, where she worked on matters in both the Civil and Criminal division. Additionally, Jillian worked on NCAA and Title IX compliance as an extern for the Athletic Department at the University of Notre Dame.
