Joseph brings a dynamic blend of legal acumen, leadership experience and a commitment to public service to his role as an associate.
His legal experience spans both public and private sectors. As a pro bono scholar with the United States Office of the Federal Public Defender, Joseph supported federal attorneys through legal research, client counseling and investigative work on constitutional and criminal law matters. He previously served as a certified law intern with the Albany County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted in case evaluations, plea negotiations and felony trial preparation.
Joseph also completed two consecutive summer clerkships with Bond, contributing to matters involving trusts and estates, health law, labor and employment and corporate formation. His work included drafting memoranda, preparing FOIL requests and participating in arbitration and client advocacy sessions.
As a founding member and secretary of the Non-traditional Law Students Association at Albany Law School, he has championed inclusivity and advocacy within the legal academic community.
