Josiah also assists clients in efficient compliance with existing laws and regulations, while ensuring that all strategies maintain a focus on the client’s goals and best interests.
Further, as estate planning is often an integral part to his client’s business interests, Josiah regularly works with clients to prepare and execute various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. In addition, Josiah has extensive experience guiding personal representatives through the probate process.
Prior to joining Bond, Josiah was a judicial intern for The Hon. Judge Robert E. Long, Jr., First District Court of Appeal. Josiah also has experience in local government and community involvement, previously serving as a legislative aide for the Connecticut General Assembly and holding public office as an elected member of his hometown school board.
