Kristin regularly works with municipalities in Western New York. She works on all types of issues regularly faced by cities, towns and villages. She has worked specifically on questions relating to delegation of signatory authority within a municipality, restrictions on municipal drivers and hours of service regulations, allocation of debt service coverage in special water districts and cemetery burial plot ownership matters. Kristin also reviews franchise agreements for municipalities.

Additionally, Kristin advises clients relating to special education, student issues and general education issues. She has reviewed and drafted polices, notices and ballot propositions for Western New York area school districts.
Kristin also assists clients with landlord/tenant issues as needed.
Prior to joining Bond, Kristin completed a two-year clerkship with the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester, New York.
