Mariam Qureshi came to Bond from the New York City Department of Education where for more than eight years she headed the Special Education Unit within the Office of General Counsel. Her clients at Bond now include a full range of educational institutions.

She consults regularly with providers of preschool education, public school districts, charter schools, independent schools, religious schools, and institutions of higher education. Clients seek her guidance on matters such as employment, real estate, and liability as they arise in school settings, as well as issues that are directly related to their educational missions, including issues of student discipline, privacy, admissions criteria, and record retention.
