Mary is a litigation attorney who represents clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, mediation, and arbitration on a broad range of matters, primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property and trade secrets disputes, insurance defense, and trusts and estates litigation.
She also has experience challenging administrative actions, representing clients under government investigation, and in Native American law.
Mary previously practiced litigation with Squire Patton Boggs LLP in Washington, DC. During law school, she worked for the U.S. Department of Justice Consumer Protection Branch, the Inspector General for the U.S. Government Printing Office, and the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ricardo M. Urbina (ret.) on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to embarking on her legal career, Mary advocated on a variety of international issues for a non-profit in Washington, DC.
