Profile

Michael assists in the representation of employers in complex labor and employment matters, including: the resolution of unfair labor practice charges, arbitration, union organizing, collective bargaining, employment discrimination and retaliation cases, and wage and hour cases. Michael also assists employers in the drafting and facilitating of settlement agreements, employment agreements, collective bargaining agreements and employee handbooks.

Prior to joining Bond, Michael served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Katharine H. Parker in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Michael also served as a student field-examiner at Region 2 of the National Labor Relations Board.
