Natalie is a management-side labor and employment attorney, serving employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment litigation,  counseling, and traditional labor matters.

Natalie’s experience includes:

  • Counseling employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including wage and hour, leave, and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Representing employers before various federal, state, and local administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and New York State Division of Human Rights, as well as federal and state courts.
  • Handling “traditional” labor matters, including representing management in grievance arbitrations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
  • Drafting and reviewing employee handbooks and policies.
