As a member of the mergers and acquisitions practice, Nick has significant experience representing clients in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of all shapes and sizes. His clients include multinational defense contractors, private equity firms, manufacturers, and service providers in healthcare, banking, engineering and many other industries.  

Nick works with individuals and companies in stock sales, asset sales, merger transactions, reorganizations and various other transactions. He also represents clients with respect to the competition law aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, including pre-transaction exchanges of information, competition law filings, agency investigations and approvals.
