Profile

Bob concentrates his practice on education, library and municipal law. He is a past president of the New York State Association of School Attorneys and a past co-chair of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Education Law Committee. Bob has lectured extensively on all topics of general education law, including special education, board governance and construction issues.

Bob has been a panel member and lecturer on education and employment law issues for the New York State Association of School Attorneys, the Nassau and Suffolk Academies of Law and the Long Island Association of Special Education Administrators. He has conducted numerous seminars and workshops on issues concerning public libraries and schools.
