With a focus on cross-border enforcement and extraterritorial jurisdiction, Sara has assisted clients with interpreting the applicability of international regulations concerning cybersecurity and data protection, including the recently enacted General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union. Sara’s work for U.S.-based businesses includes compliance, creation and implementation of procedures and counseling regarding breaches and associated penalties.
