Profile

Tom concentrates his practice in public finance transactions and general corporate matters. He has experience in drafting and reviewing documents in connection with a variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond financings and project financings. Tom also works with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations on general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining Bond, Tom attended Syracuse University College of Law where he served as a student law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge David E. Peebles and as a legal extern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York. He also worked as a research assistant to Professor Antonio Gidi and to the Honorable James E. Baker, the former Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He also served as Executive Editor of Syracuse Law Review.
