Profile
Tim is an associate with experience in litigation, higher education and mission- driven institutional leadership.
Prior to joining Bond as an associate, Tim was a summer law clerk at Bond, which included drafting memoranda and complaints in active litigation matters, supporting partners in preparing for speaking engagements and conferences and assisting with depositions and client interviews. His work included both legal research and hands on involvement in case preparation across a range of practice areas.
During his time with Fordham University’s Office of Legal Counsel, Tim contributed to the revision of university bylaws and statutes, analyzing peer‑institution governance models and preparing written recommendations for senior leadership. He also drafted memoranda on issues including service animal policies, photography rights and faculty responsibilities and participated in weekly strategy meetings addressing emerging legal matters affecting the University.
In addition to his legal training, Tim brings nearly a decade of institutional leadership experience through his roles in Fordham University’s Office of Mission Integration and Ministry. As Senior Advisor to the Vice President, he managed strategic initiatives, oversaw divisional operations and collaborated with senior administrators, trustees and external partners. His work included co-creating a university-wide mission leave policy and coordinating major programs such as Urban Plunge, which introduces hundreds of incoming students to community engagement in the Bronx and Lincoln Square. Tim served as an Advisory Committee member to Fordham’s International Conference on Cybersecurity, co-sponsored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Fordham School of Law, which regularly brought together leaders in the cybersecurity, law enforcement and legal industries to discuss emerging issues in the cyber field. He also supported the Office of the President with large scale university events and served as secretary to the Board of Trustees’ Mission and Social Justice Committee.
Tim’s background in governance, compliance and mission‑driven leadership informs his legal work, particularly in matters involving institutional policy, organizational structure and complex operational environments.
