Labor and Employment

We have extensive experience and capability in counseling public and private sector clients on federal and state labor laws as they relate to construction projects. We have been involved in the negotiation and legal defense of numerous project labor agreements (PLA) for municipal clients on projects such as the Boston Harbor Tunnel and the Tappan Zee Bridge. We have assisted contractor and subcontractor clients in addressing prevailing wage issues posed by the New York State Department of Labor. Our services also include consultation on OSHA compliance as well as representation in OSHA enforcement proceedings.
