Bond Announces Grayson T. Walter Has Joined The Firm's Business Law and Transactions and Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practices

(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC is pleased to announce Grayson T. Walter has joined our Syracuse Office.
Mr. Walter is a business law and bankruptcy attorney who counsels individuals, corporations and other business entities and institutions with respect to a broad range of legal matters. He has experience representing clients in many sectors including retail, construction, manufacturing, health care, energy, transportation and logistics, finance and insurance.
Mr. Walter's practice is focused on representing companies and their stakeholders regarding corporate governance issues and transactional matters including senior-secured, subordinated and unsecured financings, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Walter also has extensive distressed company turnaround and restructuring experience. He has represented public and privately held companies, institutional lenders, private equity firms, hedge funds, bond insurers, court-appointed fiduciaries and governmental entities in a wide variety of in-court and out-of-court restructuring and reorganization matters, including bankruptcy-related litigation and sales/acquisitions of distressed assets.
Mr. Walter is a graduate of Hamilton College and Vanderbilt University Law School.
