Bond Attorney Thomas D. Keleher Appointed Chair Of The American College Of Trial Lawyers' New York-Upstate State Committee

Keleher, a Member ("Partner") in the firm's Litigation Department, has been appointed Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers' New York-Upstate State Committee for 2012-2013. The work of the American College of Trial Lawyers is conducted principally through its more than 90 committees. The committees handle a broad range of activities and issues, from participation in the creation of federal rules or commenting on issues of professionalism to carrying out programs at the state, province or local level.

Mr. Keleher has over 30 years experience in all types of litigation, including product liability, commercial, construction and trust and estate litigation. He is past Chair of the firm's Litigation Department, former member of the firm's Management Committee and current member of the firm's Compensation Committee. Mr. Keleher is a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and is former Chair of the Product Liability Committee for the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2013 and New York Super Lawyers 2012®. Mr. Keleher is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh (B.A., 1974) and Albany Law School (J.D., 1979), where he was a member of the Albany Law Review.
