Breaking Down New York’s Latest State of Emergency Order

As a bonus to Bond’s November 30 Back to Business webinar, Bond government relations attorney Caitlin A. Anderson reviewed Gov. Kathy Hochul’s Nov. 26 executive order that declared a state of emergency in New York State. The narrowly tailored order includes provisions designed to help hospitals and nursing homes manage staffing shortages and increasing patient admissions. The order also suspends parts of the state finance law to facilitate the procurement of certain goods and services related to COVID-19. Tune in below to hear the details.
