Daniel Nugent Joins Bond’s Syracuse Office

(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Daniel J. Nugent has joined its Syracuse office as an attorney in its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice.
Daniel counsels clients on a range of matters, including review of lender’s loan documents, drafting of required borrower’s documents and review, preparation and termination of UCC filings. He also counsels clients regarding entity selection, formation, corporate governance and employment matters including payroll compliance, independent contractor criteria and non-compete agreements.
Daniel was a magna cum laude graduate of both the State University of New York at Binghamton (2014) and Syracuse University College of Law (2017) where he was Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and a member of the Justinian Honorary Society. Prior to joining Bond, Daniel was an associate at a Binghamton law firm and participated in the Syracuse University College of Law Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
