Executive Order on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – What Does Compliance Really Require? (Client Only)

On September 22, 2020 President Trump issued Executive Order 13950 imposing restrictions with respect to the training and/or promotion of what the Executive Order characterizes as “divisive concepts“ in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion. Over the ensuing weeks, the Executive Order has raised understandable concerns and uncertainties as to its requirements.

Join us for a discussion of considerations for federal government contractors and grant recipients, including potential strategies to comply with the Executive Order in a manner consistent with organizational principles, possible impacts of the impending presidential election and particular implications for educational institutions.
