On July 17, 2019, Governor Cuomo signed into law the Farm Workers Bill, drastically changing labor laws for the New York farm industry. The new law establishes several labor protections for farm workers including: the ability to unionize, overtime pay, a mandated day of rest, disability and Paid Family Leave coverage and unemployment benefits. This new law will change the way farm employers operate.

Join us for a complimentary webinar to discuss the changes and the many implications for employers.
