This year's program theme is Women Charting a New Course. In this dynamic program, you will hear from leaders and experts in the field about empowering women through strategies for removing implicit bias, effectively communicating your talent, developing leadership skills and dealing with sexual harassment in the legal workplace. Afterward, there will be a networking reception where you will have the opportunity to meet and network with panelists, attorneys from law firms and corporations, and judges from all over New York State.
