New Policy Adds $100K Fee to Specialized Worker Visa Petitions

As a follow-up to this week’s Business in 2025 webinar, Bond immigration attorney Elizabeth A. Heifetz talked about a new policy introduced by the White House that imposes a $100,000 fee on all petitions for H-1B visas filed on or after September 21. These are the visas that permit U.S. employers to hire workers from other countries who have specialized knowledge or skills.
