New York's Revised Sexual Harassment Prevention Model Policy - Complimentary Webinar

On January 12, 2023, New York State released a proposed revised model sexual harassment prevention policy. The proposed policy contains a number of significant changes, including a stronger emphasis on gender identity discrimination, a new section on bystander interventions, references to remote work, new examples of retaliation, the inclusion of the sexual harassment prevention hotline and more. The state has opened up the policy for public comment until February 11, 2023.
