Andrew’s practice focuses primarily on counseling clients in labor and employment matters. He advocates for employers throughout all stages of union collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitration proceedings and general employment matters. Andrew also regularly assists both employers and higher education clients by conducting internal investigations and providing general litigation support.
Andrew is a recent graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he served as the Chairperson of its Sports Law Negotiation team and as a McCullen Center Research Fellow. Prior to joining Bond, Andrew interned at Excalibur Sports Group, where he provided consulting services to Major League Baseball clients in player salary arbitration hearings. In addition, he worked as a law clerk at a business law firm and in the chambers of Judge Steven Tolliver at the Montgomery County (PA) Court of Common Pleas.
