Connor, an associate in Syracuse, concentrates his practice on commercial real estate, leasing, land use, zoning, eminent domain and municipal law. He represents municipalities, boards, private individuals and other businesses.

He has notable experience in Article 78 litigation and regularly counsels municipalities and private entities regarding legislative, zoning, land use and code enforcement issues. This work encompasses both representing municipal boards throughout New York and presenting various land use applications, including site plan review, variances, permits, etc. It also encompasses assisting municipalities in code enforcement proceedings. He also represents purchasers and sellers of commercial real estate. He has experience in reviewing and preparing various forms of leases, contracts and agreements for real estate transactions. He is well-versed in New York’s Freedom of Information Law and frequently advises clients, both private and public, on FOIL procedure and compliance. This experience encompasses every step of the FOIL process.  From the compilation and submission of FOIL requests to handling Article 78 proceedings in connection therewith. Connor also regularly processes FOIL requests for municipalities and school districts throughout New York State.
