Jennifer is a business law attorney whose practice involves counseling individuals and business entities (both publicly-traded and privately-held) on a variety of corporate and business law issues, including corporate governance, contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.

She works with a number of medical device manufacturers, as well as clients in a variety of other industries, including health care institutions, colleges and universities, and clients in the hospitality industry. Jennifer works with her publicly-traded clients on SEC, Nasdaq and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues and handles various SEC filings, including Form 8-K’s, Form 3’s and Form 4’s. She also works with clients with respect to the formation of new businesses, including selecting the proper form of entity and forming the new business entity.
