Kristin earned her master’s degree in higher education at Boston College and worked in-house at a community college for seven years, beginning in a Title IX coordinator role directly reporting to the college president and ultimately the chief human resources officer responsible for all aspects of human resources strategy, operations, compliance and labor relations.
