Kristin represents school districts, charter schools and private schools. She provides value to her clients by representing them in all aspects of school law.

Kristin provides general counsel services to school law clients throughout New York State. She has experience in various areas of law that affect schools, including but not limited to: school board governance; school elections; school finance; policy development; contract drafting and negotiation; employee discipline; student discipline; Open Meetings Law; student privacy; student residency and homelessness; use of school facilities; student records; data privacy; and special education. Kristin has particular expertise in the Freedom of Information Law.
