Madison’s experience involves defending employers in various litigation matters, including defending against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She also conducts workplace investigations into employee complaints, as well as assists employers during collective bargaining negotiations.

Prior to joining Bond, Madison was a judicial intern at the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court, where she worked with the Hon. Judge Margaret C. Reilly. At Hofstra Law, she served as the Senior Research Editor for the Hofstra Law Review.
