Marc provides legal advice to business clients on transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, equity and debt financing, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives. He also advises businesses on matters related to corporate governance, state and federal licensing, regulatory compliance data security, and arrangements with customers and suppliers.

Prior to joining Bond, Marc served as Senior Deputy Counsel at Independent Health Association for nearly eight years, and before that, as Senior Counsel at First Niagara Bank. In these capacities Marc advised senior leaders on matters involving strategic transactions, the development of new products and services, relationships with regulators and the development and operation of subsidiary businesses.  Marc’s experience advising entities in the banking, healthcare and nonprofit industries includes work with securities brokers, insurance brokers, pharmacies, third party administrators, pharmacy benefit managers, captive affiliates, and physician practices on all aspects of their operations, including corporate governance, investments and divestitures, regulatory licensing and investigations, privacy and data security, technology procurement, development and deployment of artificial intelligence products, real estate leases and employment arrangements. Marc began his career in private practice at a Buffalo law firm as a corporate and transactional lawyer.
