McKenzie previously served as a summer associate at Boylan Code, where she gained legal experience by assisting with matters involving municipal, tax, trusts and estates and corporate law. Her government experience includes serving as a legal aid in the Ontario County District Attorney’s Office, where she researched criminal law issues, prepared reports on legal developments and assisted with drafting and reviewing legal documents. She also supported legal education as a legal communications and research assistant at Syracuse University College of Law, providing individualized guidance to students and collaborating with faculty on assignment design.
