Each program is conducted live from one Bond office and transmitted simultaneously via a videoconference network connecting our regional offices in Central, Eastern and Western New York, New York City and on Long Island. Bond's technology allows real time interaction between the attendees in our regional offices and the speaker(s).

Please note that since these conferences take place in Bond offices (with the exception of the Rochester office), seating is limited. Therefore, early registration is recommended. Lunch is included and will be served from 11:30 a.m. to Noon. Programs begin at Noon.

Faculty
LOUIS P. DiLORENZO is a graduate of Syracuse University (B.A., 1973) and the University of Buffalo Law School (J.D., 1978).

Mr. DiLorenzo has practiced Labor and Employment Law for 30 years and is Chair of Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC's Labor and Employment Law, Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, and Immigration Law Practice and Managing Partner of its New York City and Garden City Offices. He has represented a number of large institutions in labor and employment matters including NLRB matters, OFCCP audits and proceedings, all types of employment and student discrimination issues, tenure denial and faculty termination cases. Mr. DiLorenzo is a frequent lecturer before a number of state, regional and national professional organizations. He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Attorneys and the Litigation Conference of America and a member of Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel. Mr. DiLorenzo is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 20101, 2009 Chambers & Partners, USA, Super Lawyers®, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law.

GEORGE R. McGUIRE is a graduate of Syracuse University (B.S., Aerospace Engineering, 1991) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 1996).

Mr. McGuire is a Registered Patent Attorney and Chair of the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in all facets of Intellectual Property Law, including, for example, patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, litigation involving intellectual property issues, patent and trademark clearance opinions, patent novelty, validity and (non)infringement opinions, due diligence investigations in merger and acquisition, asset purchase, or other financial transactions, proceedings before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, negotiations and drafting of technology transfer and license agreements, and computer law matters. Mr. McGuire is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010, Super Lawyers®, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders.
