Estate And Financial Planning Attorneys Cressida A. Dixon And Nicole M. Marro Join Bond, Schoeneck & King's Rochester Office

(Rochester, NY) Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC (BS&K) is pleased to welcome Cressida Dixon and Nicole Marro to the Firm's Estate and Financial Planning Department. Both Attorneys are resident in the Firm's Rochester office, which brings the Rochester office team to 18.

Richard D. Hole, BS&K's Chairman, said, "Cressida and Nicole bring vast trusts and estates law capabilities to our Rochester office, and they will nicely complement our strong trusts and estates practices in Syracuse, Albany and Naples, Florida. We look forward to their participation in the continued growth of our Rochester Office."

This July, BS&K celebrates its second anniversary in Rochester. Since opening, the office has more than doubled in size and on August 2 will relocate to new and larger space in the Linden Oaks Office Park.

Ms. Dixon concentrates her practice in estate and gift tax planning, including the drafting of wills and trusts, as well as counseling clients on family wealth planning and charitable giving techniques. In addition, she represents clients as fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts. She is also experienced in trusts and estates litigation and has represented both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in these matters. Prior to joining Bond, Schoeneck & King, Ms. Dixon practiced estate and tax planning with Nixon Peabody, LLP.

Ms. Dixon is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany (B.S., magna cum laude, 1992) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 1996).

Ms. Marro also focuses her practice on estate planning, including the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, prenuptial agreements, and offers advice on related estate, gift and income tax issues. In addition, she represents individuals and corporate fiduciaries with respect to the administration of trusts, probate estates and guardianships. Prior to joining Bond, Schoeneck & King, Ms. Marro practiced estate and tax planning with Nixon Peabody, LLP.

Ms. Marro is a graduate of University of Notre Dame (B.A., with honors, 1991) and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law (J.D., 1995).
