Cressida concentrates her practice in estate and gift tax planning and estate and trust administration. She serves as counsel and advisor to private clients, including successful entrepreneurs, senior executives and families.
To realize their estate planning and philanthropic goals, clients turn to Cressida for advice in the creation and administration of trusts, estates and charitable foundations. In addition, she is experienced in representing both corporate and individual clients as fiduciaries in estate and trust administration.
Cressida has participated as an invited speaker at continuing legal education programs for the state and local bar associations and has lectured at the University of Rochester's Annual Tax Planning Institute.
Prior to joining Bond, Cressida was a partner in the Private Clients group of Nixon Peabody.
