Nick is an experienced litigator in Bond’s labor and employment practice. He defends employers in employment discrimination and retaliation matters before the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.
Nick also counsels employers on workplace issues such as discrimination and harassment complaints, drafting employment and separation agreements, and compliance with state and federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and OSHA regulations.
In addition to private employers, Nick also represents school districts in all facets of litigation. Prior to joining Bond, Nick practiced with another Syracuse firm focusing on employment litigation. Nick also interned as a law clerk for United States District Court Judge David N. Hurd in the Northern District of New York while in law school.
